An Orgiastic Visit...

The Egyptians have a charming way of welcoming someone. They say in their dialect "Da zarna Al-Nabee" (roughly translated - we have been visited by the Prophet.)

Am sure the Kuwaitis are saying the same thing, adding "Ya Mashallah, khosh Ziyara" (What a good visit, praise the lord.)

Am sure the Israelis, are saying mazaltov and shalom, the dove of peace has fluttered over Jerusalem...

Both the Israelis and Kuwaitis have shed a few tears of joy and appreciation for this truly touching moment...So did the prophet, he cried in rememberance.

But the Kuwaitis also slaughtered a few lambs and stuffed them, roasted them and said Bismillah...

Their little ones cheered, "Baba Bush, Baba Bush", and the women painted henna on their hands as on a wedding day, ululated and clapped, saying "Allah yedeem nassrak ya Uncle Bush" (May God keep you victorious.)

I get goosebumps when I witness such an overt show of warmth and loving gratitude...I really do.

Am sure the Iranians are also celebrating since they are good friends with the Kuwaitis.
The mullahs in Qum have made a special speech for the Ashurra,(a supposedly sacred month for the Shias) in praise of the prophet or is it the long awaited mahdi, the hidden messiah that has finally appeared in the region ?

Nasrallah, the valiant combattant for Tehran, said, it was an insult that Bush should land during Ashurra, notice his reference to the shiite month. Nasrallah made no mention of it being a shame that the prophet should land on the Islamic New Year which was two days ago...

After all Nasrallah has to keep up with appearances, you know, for domestic consumption....After all, his sheep followers are still dressed in yellow flags beating on their bosoms...But secretly Nasrallah was given orders to tone it down...and he did.

Hamas being what it is, tries to emulate, but Hamas is one hell of a loser, they are heading towards an abyss and taking Gaza with them... But as long as they hold on to Wilayat Gaza, it seems to be ok.

As for Abu Mazen and Co, they were very elated too, just like the Kuwaitis and Israelis, the prophet did in fact visit them....

You must be wondering why all this jubilation ?

The prophet's mission has been accomplished - Iraq is no more.

And today it snowed for the first time in Baghdad, first time ever...We've just about seen it all.

Ye George, this is the Lord thy God, listen unto my word.

I have descended a new order unto thee.

Thou shall fuck the hell out of the Land of the Two Rivers for it has Grace in my eyes.

Woe betide thy soul and the souls of thy progeny if thou obeyst not.

I hath spoken.

That's not joy, it's HYSTERIA.

The "board rats" on the sinking pirate ship are squeaking and squealing out of deep blue funk...like VERY deep...

They are saying: "Save our asses, Captain Bush !"...as if the underdeveloped Neanderthal relic could even save his own from the unrestrainable fury of historical retribution...

The "end" is coming, Layla, but it's coming for THEM.

Just wanted to take a momemt to mention I was reading some of your posts from 2006. The falling leaves of Iraq broke my heart. The poor little children of Iraq...the most innocent of all....there are no words to express my sorrow...and to think it still continues...I pray for the day my country wakes up and looks at what it has done to your country. Even when I say I didn't vote for Bush, it doesn't make me feel any better. Our government truly just doesn't care...the DU...our soldiers' babies are suffering just like the Iraqies and they don't care. I know I am rambling here. If I could look you in the eyes(and it would be hard)all I could is "I'm sorry". To ask for forgiveness would be a joke.

God bless you and your beloved country Iraq.

Here's a question out of the blue. If the Americans left Iraq tomorrow, what do you think would happen?

"Hamas, being what it is"

A Shin Bet Frankenstein re-shaped into a good little "moderate", "democratic" marionette.

Trust anything Ikhwani to drag you into the abyss.

Long live the uncompromisingly resisting people of Palestine, free and Arab from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.

"Nasrallah, the valiant combatant for Tehran"

Hezbol-my-ass is yet another "Oriental thang" I have no love for.

Their unserious bickering with the Zionist Entity that costed innocent people's blood and tears was nothing but a diversion aimed at taking the already myopic eyes of the "international community" off the Iraq genocidal war theater.

Fuck the agents of Persia and fuck harder the emotional, crass ignorant Arab and Western leftists who drool over them.

WHEN the implanters of monsters leave Iraq, either withdraw of their own will or more likely are put to rout, the monsters they have implanted will all naturally be GONE with them or FINISHED OFF by the patriotic Resistance in a couple of months.

As for the post-occupation political scenario, it will be up to the SOVEREIGN people of the independent, united, multi-ethnic and multi-sectarian Republic of Iraq to decide.

You interventionist bloody nose-pokers from across the ocean will have to learn to MIND YOUR OWN SHITTY BUSINESS.

Wow Layla, you are too much!
What a great post! Light with humor but so much to the point...

I am sure celebrations would be a sure thing, anything else is besides the point. Now if the question was "if time could be returned to the pass, what the Iraquies do without USAmericans?" then we could have a valid answer... Fact is, Iraq was destroyed, broken by the US sanctions and invation, now all they could do is take the pieces and work the slow process of reconciliation and rebuilding.
Besides, the breaking up of Iraq was not done as an irrational act, so there is no way in hell the US would leave it now that it's ripe for years of plundering...

What is wrong with a beautiful, immaculate mantle of snow descending from the merciful heavens to cloak the horror of Baghdad's devastated body and cool the burning wounds in Her children's souls a little with its enchanted atmosphere ?

Hey Iraqist, don't get your bowels in an uproar! I didn't ask that question as an American who thinks Iraqies need us OK? I just think it's an interesting question! I wish we had never touched (destroyed)the beautiful Iraq.

But as to you thinking you will be able to drive out the monsters in a couple of months, you are sadly mistaken.

YES, the "western societies" of the Americas, Canada, Australia and Europa should leave Iraq.

I read today where members of the Ba'ath party will apparently be allowed to 'come back' to governmental positions, etc, etc...

There are far too many historical tensions with Turkey, Iran...religious tensions, customs tensions, nationalistic tensions....there are far too many tensions existing in the Mideast with the "West". To me, Western influence is muddying the waters even more.

With the West installing political 'leaders' in Iraq ( and elsewhere ), the foundations of any perceived or real steps 'forward', will be viewed as being tainted with corruption (and rightfully so )and always be viewed as being in need of an overthrow.

So better to let that take place sooner, than to let it be waiting in the wings for the right moment..because it Will happen.

Zionist Israel. What would it be if it were not a welfare state og the political fuhrers in American government? Perhaps a vacation destination for the religiously inclined. Perhaps marketing the 'Holy Land' is their biggest, if not their only, export to the World.

Zionst Israel is the US's government's rabid dog..exporting 'holiness' while acting out evil intent.

These tensions go back centuries. While Europe was fumbling on how best to make fire and place 4 walls together, the Mideast was well established in the arts & sciences. Europe had not yet traveled to Australia or North, Central & South America or even began to think of subduing the Islanders.

It should be on no-business to America or anybody else who lives, who dies, who prevails, who succombs in Iraq. It is wisest to stay out of the soul of Iraq.

"It is wisest to stay out of the soul of Iraq."

Was that "soul" intentional or a lapsus calami ?

Leave the "soil", they will...but will all the harm and the pain they have inflicted on the "soul", the collective mind and memory of the Iraqi nation, ever be gone ?

I wonder and cry, cry and wonder...

Intentional it was.

Those that acted out this illegal invasion into and upon Iraq..those that 'conducted' this and ensured all the crimes against Humanity..those that dictated the 'policies'..those that trespassed into the rights of Iraqis, should be made to pay for the crimes they have committed. They sodomized the land and EVERYTHING in it. They have humiliated the People of Iraq before the World. Humiliation will not destroy, thank 'god'.

Reparations need to be in order so as to pay for the damages created in the land. No foreign outside contractors should be allowed to be a part of the re-building of Iraq...unless such services are needed. If this is the case, it should be under the guidance of the People of Iraq.

I don't know what it will take to 'clean-up' the religious authority in the present government structure. A mess has been allowed to be created there too. But to me, the vultures need to be driven off first.

Iraq will not ever raise a cup of hemlock to it's lips.

Oh I do love these "moments of truth", when the chance is offered to distinguish the evergreen from the deciduous, those who remain loyal to their beliefs and those who "change colors" and go over to the enemy's side...

The President had too tender heart to appreciate the healthiness of such a natural selection, he shed sincere tears every time that it happened, but in these dark times both the underground party cadres and the oppressed people of Iraq need clarity above everything else.

Splendar, you are indeed a nice sort of thinking and feeling human being :-)

I do regret having called you a muppet in the past :-(

Now my rhetorical, hopeless question is:

WHY CAN'T ALL AMERICANS BE LIKE YOU ???
Anonymous said…
desert wailer..

Its ok.....no harm done. I regret having said some things too.

"WHY CAN'T ALL AMERICANS BE LIKE" ME ??

I can only say that I dont 'feel' as if America is home to me. I feel as if I am basically just an observer and wondering why, why, why we do what we do.

So many times we seem to eat the flesh of the fruit but then cast away the seeds we had in our hands.

I dont know.

But in my little mind, I think whatever any of us here on this Earth truly hold so dear, and truly cherish to our last breath...these are the things we should hold tightly within our hearts. Nobody can steal these away.

Im not well :-)
