The Unnamed...

This is a very difficult post for me to write. Not because, I am short of words, but trying to find the adequate words to convey the exactitude of what am about to express is what makes it so difficult...

I think, from the all the people I have met both online and offline, there is only one person who will understand, and she happens to be a female friend of mine. I am sure she will understand. Hence I dedicate this post to her.

The reason I chose the above title for this post, is because I firmly believe that Iraq and the Iraqi people, both individually and collectively have been used as dumping grounds...and there is no adequate title and name to express it ALL.

Dumping grounds for heaps of things. I visualize it-- as Iraq, with her people, as the ground to throw garbage in - human garbage. The rejects of Humanity.

Usually in human interactions, people try their best to give, at least on the surface, the best of what they have...or aspire to the best. Iraq and Iraqis on the other hand, since this occupation, have received nothing but the worst of what humans can do, can "offer".

It is a very scary thought when you ponder about it deeply. It is scary because if you want to understand the depth of the human shadow, just look at what has happened to Iraq and to the Iraqis.

People who are too involved in "politics", fail to see the bigger picture, the bigger spiritual, philosophical picture. For me, Iraq has become the biggest and toughest lesson in "human nature". A lesson I still have much trouble absorbing and digesting...a lesson I still refuse to take in fully, a lesson that really leaves me at loss about what to conclude about "human beings".

It is a daily battle for me, to retain any sense of compassion and fairness, it is a daily struggle for me to retain any sense of value and meaning...after this lesson.

I don't know if I am expressing myself clearly or not, but keeping faith in the human kind is a daily jihad for me...Sure, I put my trust in God, but I also know that God works through His creation, and what I have seen, witnessed from his creation so far has been so awful, so grotesque, so deadly, so deeply wounding...that retaining that faith is my biggest daily challenge.

The way I see it, this is no ordinary Occupation. It is a multi-layered one, with so many levels of wrongs, wrongs in the full moral and ethical sense of the word(leaving aside politics), so wrong -- that am not even sure where and how to start tackling it.

Sometimes to ease the pain of this realization, I try to take an eagle's view - so to speak - and even then, I cannot but shrink in the face of the monumental horror that has been inflicted on this people and on this land. I feel like making myself so small so I don't have to see any of it, anymore...

There is not one aspect that this Occupation has not touched and polluted, one way or the other.

Leave aside daily killings, murders, rapes, torture. Leave aside morgues and Death.

There is something much deeper, much cruder, much more malignant. More malignant than the above ? Yes more malignant.

The above was done to break the Iraqi spirit. What do I mean by the Iraqi Spirit ?
Anyone who knows Iraq and the Iraqis intimately, knows four main characteristics about them - they are passionate, generous, proud and highly intelligent.

Passionate because they feel deeply. One of the reasons I keep on posting Iraqi art, is because I feel it to be a symbol of Iraqi passion. One can tell from the colors, the shapes, the expression, the themes...It is no wonder Applied Iraqi art was the first school in the whole of the Middle East to produce artistic genius. There cannot be artistic genius without passion. This passion is also revealed in the poetry, for those who know Iraqi poetry and literature. It is cutting like a sword. And this how Iraqis feel their passion, cutting like a sword.

Generous because Iraq has always been historically generous. Generous with its money, its resources, its science, its contribution to civilization, its ideas, its creativity and one can witness that same generosity on a personal level too. Anyone who is passionate is generous with his/her feelings and emotions. Iraqis are not known to hold back. When they give - they give it all.

Proud - Proud as in dignified and honorable. These are the Iraqis I know. These are the Iraqis I grew up with. There is something about them that I know too well, they cannot submit in slavery however coerced they are. However vulnerable they are. However broken or wounded they are. Slavery is not only slavery in the political sense. Am talking here about moral slavery. They will not submit to masters unless they accept that "master". And please try to use my words not in the literal sense, but in the metaphorical sense...and you will understand what am talking about.

Intelligence is not about being smart only. Intelligence is a natural state we call in Arabic "Fitra" - a state of raw intelligence. I never met a stupid Iraqi in my whole life. Never. Iraqi traitors, yes. Corrupt Iraqis, yes. Deceitful Iraqis, yes. Hypocritical Iraqis, yes again. But never a stupid one. In other words, Iraqis are not dumb. No one who can produce so much civilization can be dumb. No one who can turn a country in the space of 20 years out of its colonial underdevelopment to a country that broke through all the parameters of "developing and developed" can be dumb. It is impossible.

It then comes as no surprise, that the most evil machinations were unleashed on Iraq.
Killing, murder, rape and torture served to break, to eradicate the traits I mentioned above. Only then, does the intensity and amount of destruction make sense.

They had to break Iraq and her Spirit. And Her spirit lies in Her People. There was no other way.

And when I say break - I mean BREAK. The only image that comes to mind is that of taking an ancient, thousands years old, pottery relic/jar and smashing it hard, and standing watching it disperse in millions of tiny pieces...

It is no surprise that the most recent country in the world had to smash the most ancient one...

But that is only half of the story. There is more. Much more...

This is really too painful for me to write...I am not sure how I can continue...And am not sure if I still making sense or not...am just overwhelmed with emotions right now...

There no aspect of Iraq that has not been savagely attacked and broken into pieces.

The physical, the cultural, the historical, the political, the societal, the financial, the geographical, the emotional, the sexual, the religious, the spiritual....every single aspect. Collectively and individually. A multi-layered rape, both collective and individual. It is really horrific, terrible when you think about it. It is really so....I can't find the word. I simply can't find the word.

Everything has been stripped naked. EVERYTHING. And this stripping naked is reflected in a symbolic form in the Abu Ghraib tortures and all the other tortures that ensued...

Stripping naked is very revealing. Not only in terms of physical nudity. Again try to think deeper - even though I doubt not many of you can.

When you strip naked someone, when you tear away from them all forms of clothing/protection they become vulnerable. Vulnerability in the most profound sense.

This is exactly what was done to Iraq and to her people - they have been stripped naked. Stripped from their homes, their dwellings, their families, their livelihoods, their health, their belongings, their trust, their passion, their generosity, their dignity....but one cannot strip someone from their intelligence - except through extreme torture until paralysis or through death. Hence the systematic killing of Iraqi brains - academics, doctors, teachers, scientists, engineers, artists, singers, painters, musicians...

There is a popular Iraqi proverb that I will try to translate for you.

When the sacrificial beast falls, the knives multiply.

And Iraq was seen as a "beast" to be sacrificed. "Beast" in the positive sense.
A beast is strong, has good survival instincts, is sturdy, can defend itself, has developed capacities and skills to remain alive in a jungle it knows all too well.

And like in a Corrida, the minute the bull falls, the arrows multiply. And it kicks and fights back till its last breath and more arrows fall down upon it, until it is inert, immobilized on the grounds...

This is exactly what happened to Iraq. The "beast" had to be sacrificed.

And the Matadors multiplied their spiky arrows. All kinds of spiky arrows...

Strip it naked and finish it off...

Fire from the skies and from the grounds. Bombs, DU, Napalm, Bullets...destroy homes, buildings, schools, universities, hospitals...segregate, ghettos...check points, id's, digital prints, biometric measures, numbers...ransack homes in the middle of the night, strip people naked, steal their belongings, rape their women...detain, blindfold, tie, abduct, kidnap...prisons, camps, detention centers, dungeons....torture till they go blind, paralyzed, amputated...or insane. Rape and sodomize them - men, women and children...steal and destroy the history, the monuments, the art, rip away the genius, tear apart that creativity, smash that contribution to civilization...go for the heads and the hands that produced it. Steal, steal and steal some more. Steal the treasury, the arts, the antiquities, the universities, the oil, the savings, the ratios...Burn...burn the culture, the manuscripts, the books, the libraries, burn the fields, the land...burn it...burn it...desecrate the sacred, the holy places, the spaces of worship, the holy books...desecrate nature, pollute it, soil it, poison it -- all of it..the sky, the earth, the water...uproot them, exile them, cut away their ties, abandon them, let them wander in the wilderness...Oh God this is too much.

Now they are naked and vulnerable...so prey on their last breath...prey on any point of strength they may have left...and go for that too.

Dump on them...dump on them your anger, your hatred, your envy, your frustrations, your rage, your lust, your covetousness, your greed, your sadism, your unnamed desires, your beastly instincts, your death instincts, your moral depravity, all the "stuff" you don't allow yourselves to do in your "respectable homes and countries", all the "stuff" you don't allow yourselves on your own grounds, because you try so hard to appear and give the best, the famous facade of your civility...dump on them and exploit them even more...dump on them your shadows, your evilness, those parts of yourself you cannot own, cannot face...dump on them...the beast has fallen, multiply your knives.

Exploit them even more...they are vulnerable, as vulnerable and as naked as you want them to be. Go ahead, pontificate and justify to them...rationalize it away, smile while reading your essays and think hard while writing your articles...go ahead refine the deceit, refine it...find a thousand reasons why it is the way it is...and exploit them some more...

Exploit their refugees with high prices, with their begging for permits, with their hunger, with their desperation...exploit their needy women, exploit their widows...exploit their orphans, street kids, traffic them, prostitute them for your porno rings...go ahead do more...

They are all naked in front of you...dump some more...what else do you envy and you want to strip from them ? What else is left ?

What is there to strip from people who have reached the point of selling their organs for survival ? what is there to steal from people who no longer go to schools, who no longer read and write ? what is their left to destroy from homes, monuments, sites, buildings and hospitals when they are already in shambles ? what is there left to erase and burn when there is no history and no books left ? What is left to rape from diseased bodies ridden with poison and cancerous tumors...What is there left ?

The passion has turned to a never ending grief, the generosity has become a beggar, the pride and the honor a naked woman reaching out for a cloth to cover herself and the intelligence, a burning, raw, survival instinct, gasping for its last breath...

Is there anything left to prey on, to destroy, kill, torture, rape, use and abuse steal, plunder, pillage...exploit...is there anything else you need to dump ?

Iraq has become your mirror Ladies and Gentlemen. Look at Iraq and you will see yourselves. All of you. Individually and collectively.

We look into the mirror....I look into the mirror and we, I, see nothing but You.

And all I need, want, desire -- is to throw up the garbage, the rejects of "humanity", to vomit "human" kind.

Am too tired to write...Bush, Obama, the legacy continues...Iraq is the pits of hell, a hell you created (democraps and republikkkans alike) Damn you.

Am too tired to write, so I will let an Iraqi American by the name of TIMZ (Tommy Hanna) rap it for you...for your "sweet" ears...

Am too tired to write, so is Iraq...but not for long.

Vacuum...

I think I have already mentioned it - I hate domestic work.
I find no glory, no satisfaction and no pleasure in cleaning, sweeping, dusting, washing and vacuuming...

I noticed my rug, it needs a clean sweep. Major vacuuming. An industrial, highly efficient, manufactured machine to suck out all the dust...

But I force myself to do it. I think of it as a stoic enterprise in "character building". And while am building my character, I fantasize that this huge industrial complex has invented a robot that does it all. Go dust! And the robot automatically follows your orders. Go vacuum ! And the robot diligently and meticulously picks every particle lying around.

Unfortunately it is a fantasy. By the end of this cleaning ordeal, I personally feel like an automated rusting piece of metal. Oh! but what a feeling afterwards. All is vacuumed clean and spotless...

The disorder has magically disappeared. The dirt has been cleared. The unwanted items stashed away...All has been vacuumed.

But the fantasy of a vacuuming robot lingers on...

So naturally, the other day when I overheard a conversation about vacuums, I was all ears. I thought to myself - that's it, they have finally invented one !

But as usual, when I have fantasized too much, I am sure to be disappointed. The vacuums in question was no robot doing the trick, but political vacuums - Arab political vacuums. And I can already tell you -- they suck you out...dry.

So the conversation went like that :

- Let us face it, there are only three regional powers in the area. Israel, Iran and Turkey.

- Of course, my friend. The Arab vacuum, what do you expect.

- Yes, terrible really. The Arab vacuum. But admit it, Iran was so clever in filling that role. They have an infrastructure, pluralism, a cohesive ideology, industry and they've even gone nuclear...

- Akeed, akeed (sure, sure) Iran was smart enough to impose itself and look at Amrika now, they are practically begging Iran.

- Eh Akeed (yes sure) had it not been for the Arab vacuum, Iran would have not been able to fill that role. It is now a super power in the region. Let's face it. And tell you what - yalla, after all they are Muslims too. Yalla kassak (cheers, raising his glass) Sahtain ala albhom (to their heart's health!)

Arab political vacuums huh ?

But you traitors, you love vacuums don't you ? You love being slaves for temporary winners. Don't you ?

Iraq prior to the sanctions was a regional superpower more so than Egypt. Iraq despite a bloody 8 year war with Iran, remained a regional superpower. Iraq, frail Iraq in spite of the sanctions still had weight in regional politics...

And it took a full invasion and an occupation, unmatched in contemporary history...

It took the decimation of a whole leadership, unmatched in contemporary history...

It took the total destruction of a whole apparatus, of a whole infrastructure of a country, of history...

It took the murder of thousands of men, women and children...

It took well over 1 million dead in 6 years, over 4 million maimed in 6 years, it took 5 million orphans in 6 years, 3 million widows in 6 years, half a million street kids in 6 years, 5 million refugees in 6 years...plus 2 million killed by the sanctions and 1 million killed by the Persian - Iraq war...

It took sectarian ghettos, sectarian mass graves, rapes, torture, abduction, kidnappings, detention of thousands (including women and children - 85% are Arab Sunnis -- FACT)...

It took loss, bereavement, displacement, exile, slurs, slanders, insults...

It took the most disgusting pillaging and plunder...it took theft, crime, torture, rape and killings to render Iraq into a ....

Into an Arab vacuum...

It took America the so-called world superpower -- an armada of over 600'000 men to occupy, destroy a country the size of California -- and create an Arab vacuum...

It took Iran, Iran pumping billions of dollars to its Shiite Iraqi puppets, Iran that these Arab ignorant backward sods were praising -- to vacuum an Arab sovereign nation, once called the Paris of the Middle East...to vacuum a nation where Iraqi sweat, Iraqi lives, Iraqi time and money were invested and spent building and developing...

It took trillion of dollars, soldiers, arms, bombs, drones, robots, satellites, tanks, chemical and nuclear weapons (napalm, phosphorus and DU are nuclear and chemical weapons - so go bugger off) mercenaries, missionaries, thugs, dirty gangs, snipers, professional torturers, rapists, drug warlords, pimps, prostitutes, the UN, NGO's, peace movements (hahahahaha) anti-war movements (hahahaha) liberals, leftists, Iraqis, Arabs, Americans, Europeans, Asians, Latins, Africans...the media, journalists, writers, academics, analysts, bloggers and the rest...on American and Iranian pay roll --- to vacuum an Arab country...

It took the most immoral, despicable, vile, dirty, filthy means...to create that Arab vacuum...

It took it ALL. And the Americans, the Brits, the Iranians, the Israelis gave it ALL, "to clean", vacuum, take and possess Iraq.

And you have the audacity to tell me that Iraq had no weight in the Arab and Middle East region ???!!!
And you have the gall to come and tell me that the Iraqis did not and are not resisting ???!!!

And the Arabs - ALL of them - watched and are watching on... like accomplice eunuchs, fantasizing about anyone who could fill their vacuum...

Not so Discreet...

I love Discretion.

I guess I am discreet by nature, maybe because I am reserved by nature...or maybe it is due to upbringing, where there were no TV reality shows and where letting your hair down in public was not allowed --- Oprah style. Or maybe because I firmly believe that the realm of the private is sacred, that it is not really necessary to go around flaunting it...

I also think that the frontiers, the borders between what is publicly known and unknown are also made of discretion.

Discretion comes in many forms, just like anything else, really...And funnily enough, discretion and digression sound the same...flip sounds of the same coin.

Let me give you an example, a live example in my memory...

In Iraq, prior to our "liberation" sects and religion were not discussed, they were not an issue. Your sect and or your religious affiliation was at your discretion. We were discreet about such matters. Not because we were afraid, but because I and many others intimately understood that these matters belonged to the domain of the private and in this instance were inconsequential.

It did not really matter who belonged to what, figuratively speaking...what mattered was what you can achieve, what you can produce, what you can accomplish, what you can contribute to the highest good - of all, regardless...

And it worked, it worked for many years...because this is how nations are built.
Nations and nation building, nationhood is not something one acquires from text books...nation building requires an ideology for all. Where each single citizen finds his and her place. In that sense, Baathist ideology was an ideology for all.

I am no Baathist myself. Not because I don't believe that the above precepts were wrong in themselves, but because I am discreet by nature and discreet people can't subscribe to mass ideologies...People like me live in their own world, unhampered by masses, but can still distinguish the tree from the forest, so to speak.

Then came the "liberation"...It not only destroyed physical infrastructures, but also "ideological" ones...and pitted one sect and one religion against another.

How so? you may be wondering...

Each one of us has a point of weakness both personally, individually and collectively.

The Enemy observes points of weaknesses, and these latter become doors of entry.

Getting back to Iraq. What was the weakness in the Iraqi fabric, in particular after Khomeinism ? Shiism in its political dimension.

And what was the other door of entry that could be used in the enemy's favor ? Kurdish aspirations for its own nation building and independence.

And this is exactly where sect and ethnicity become tools for the Occupation, precisely to tear down any form of supra nation building...supra as in above sect and ethnicity.

Petty sectarianism and petty chauvinism and in both instances they are very petty...were and are the entry points of the continuous Occupation of Iraq.

Both sect and ethnicity are turned into supra ideologies overriding the existing one. End result is sectarianism and chauvinism.

In order to uphold these two new banners of liberation, both sectarianism and chauvinism, the Occupation had to find common enemies. Iran and its political Shiism and Kurdish chauvinism.

In order to achieve its aims, the Occupation needs to justify on an ideological level why it would prop factions of a society against another.

At its disposal is a whole institution, specially geared to that effect. It runs by the name of propaganda, news, media, journalism, statistics, research centers, ngo's and the rest...

"Beef it up and sex it up" is really the bread and butter of the Occupation's tentacles...in other words this is their mission. i.e to buttress and uphold Big Brother.

And I admit, it does take shit loads of perseverance and dedication to unravel it all...and my aim is precisely that.

And when it comes to Iraq, I am not discreet, at all. I call things by their name...to the repulsion and utter dismay of some. But, guess what ? I care not.

The private and the public no longer exist when it comes to Iraq. It is like asking a gang raped woman what she needs to hide, to keep private. She has been gang raped, what is their to keep private and be discreet about ?

Sometimes, in the detail lies a whole picture...for those who care to look and see.

And I can tell you, with no backtracking whatsoever, that the shiites of Iraq, for the most part but not all - sold Iraq to the occupation. Their weakness lay in their ideology. Their beliefs are shaped and marketed by Iran. I know it sounds simplistic but that is the way it is. Masses are very simple and easy to manipulate. Hence my distance from mass movements and other ideologies that sanctify the masses.

And the Shiite masses - masses (as in concept) have been fed discreetly, from Iran and its Hawza, the political ingredients for a "sectarian revolution" - an oxymoron, since political shiism is the most retrograde political ideology around despite its manifest revolutionary jargon. Political Shiism is by nature sectarian, exclusive and racist. Because in the Shiite ideology anyone who is not a shiite, is a goyim - very akin to the jewish concepts of Zionism.

As for Kurdishism (I just invented the word), it is very much like Shiitism and Zionism for that matter...a narrow petty ideology based on ethnicity and the supremacy of that ethnicity/race. Needless to add, historically, the Kurds were never a nation, like they did not have one to salvage once again, once more... They were just nomadic groupings who were part and parcel of this area, just like many others....In other words, they do not have the prerequisites to form a nation, based on ethnicity alone...and that is why I am no supporter of small groupings, of an obscure nature asking for independence. Separastim is not in my jargon.

But I know it is in yours...that is why you found many pretexts based on sect and ethnicity to say -- yes but. Yes but the Kurds, yes but the Shiites, ...

And since you are so "fair and objective" I will request you right now to give separate states to the Scots, the Welsh, the Basques, the Corsicans...

But knowing what fucking hypocrites you are, you are most likely to come around and say -- but hey these are fascist, narrow, petty movements...

Exactly.

And this is exactly what your democracies did...they used petty, narrow, fascist movements to establish themselves as liberators in Iraq.

But being so thick, you do not seem to grasp that. Why so - is beyond me. Maybe it is because you are precisely part and parcel of Big Brother and you know it not.
Your minds have been hijacked while you were eating your pre- prepared frozen dinners watching TV. Sorry, sorrowful lot, that you are. The epitome of ignorant Sheep.

You want to know what sectarianism and chauvinism look like in application -- as applied by your shit democracies ?

I will give it to you, not so discreetly...

In Baghdad, for example, there are ministries that are shiites only. In other words anyone who is not a shiite cannot trespass.

Let me count them for you.

Ministry of Health
Ministry of Interior
Ministry of Trade
Ministry of Oil
Ministry of Justice...

Do you want more ?

Let me give you concrete examples of Shiite sectarianism at work.

Let's take the Ministry of Health.

Since this latter is ruled by Shiites, for the most part from the Sadrists who know fuck all about health - 70% of Iraqis surgeons fled Iraq. This is the figure for surgeons alone. Ibn al Bitar hospital - a top notch hospital - who used to perform open heart surgery even during the sanction years, is now without cardiologists and without surgeons. They have all fled. And at this point am not even mentioning GP's and nurses...

Let's take the Ministry of Interior.

No non shiite is allowed to have any position there...the only position a non Shiite can have in the ministry of interior is in the horizontal or crawling one. You know why ? Because the dungeons of torture in the basements of this ministry are still operational.

Take the ministry of Trade.

A few months ago, this ministry imported tea from Iran. It turned out that the tea was poisoned, laced with poison. Several Iraqis were taken ill and some died. Do you think anyone removed the responsible one in question ? No Ladies and Gentlemen. This guy is still in power because he works for Al-Hakeem mafia and has billion of dollars worth of trade contracts with Iran.

Take the ministry of Foreign Affairs led by the Kurds.

Only Kurds and Shiites are allowed diplomatic positions. Most of them have forged their university degrees, most of them can't speak any foreign language, most of them have not even enrolled on a basic course in a diplomatic institute. They are there just because they are Kurds and are related to the Kurdish parties and because they are Shiites and are related to Sadr, Hakeem, Jaafari and Maliki.

Take the provincial elections that all these Western assholes were bragging about.

Did you know that several of the candidates had also forged their university degrees ? One called himself an economist, another an engineer, another one a political scientist... They all turned out to be fake degrees. But did anyone remove them from power ? No.

Did you know that the Kurdish "leaders" from Zion, (fuck the anti- war, European and American liberals and so-called anti-Zionists who support the Kurds) did you know that over 18 % of the Iraqi budget goes to the Kurds - on a monthly basis. We are talking here of billion of dollars. Do you know what the Kurds use it for ? Do you think it goes to "Kurdistan" ? Nope. A small fraction of it goes to the 100'000 armed militia and rapists called the Peshmergas and the rest goes to support separatist Kurdish movements in Turkey.

Do you understand now why your Obooma has given an "olive branch" to Iran and not to Turkey ?

Do you understand now why the Americans have no choice but to team up with the most fascist theocracy around ?

Do you understand why Hamas and Hezbollah will soon be bought out with an American - Iranian deal and do you understand why Syria is the new broker ?

You did not get it ?

It did take the destruction of Iraq...did it not ?

There is nothing discreet about that.

You sweep it under the carpet as much as you want...and am discreet by nature, but when it comes to Her, the private is public. And now it is all public.

Idiots and idiotic masses !

Mother Blues...

I feel so tired...but I wanted to get this post out, today, in particular today -- the 21st of March.

Why ? Because today, in Iraq and the rest of the Arab world, the 21st of March is Mother's Day. This date also happens to be the first day of Spring, also called Nawroz or the New Year as per the Zoroastrian tradition.

In Iran for instance, they give 15 days of holidays on this occasion...and only one day for the Islamic Eid...makes one wonders how Islamic the Iranian Republic really is. But that is not really what I wanted to write about.

I just find the dates to be too "coincidental". Take for instance the brutal invasion and occupation of our Beloved Motherland. It took place right on the first day of Spring - the New Year as they call it. And today, Obama has offered an olive branch to Iran, its collaborator - its collaborator in the destruction of our Motherland. Coincidences eh ?

Tomorrow in Iraq, some will be celebrating the Nawroz, in particular the sectarian followers of Iran and the Kurds...I even heard two Iraqi guys on TV saying that this date is a day of joy because it is not only the first day of Spring and that of a new Year but it is also the day Iraq was "liberated". Needless to add that these two sons of bitches belonged, respectively, to a shiite party (and all of these latter are foul sectarian parties) and the other a chauvinist zionist Kurd.

Not very nice of me to call someone a son of a bitch on Mother's Day.

Oh but some men are their mothers sons. It does take a hell of a mother to produce such vile specimens. I am not excluding fathers...but trust me when I tell you, mothers in this part of the world play a very influential role in shaping their sons "manhood and virility" and their sense of belonging to clan and sect. I know it to be so. And how ! Vile creatures. These are the mothers from Hell. The evil feminine from the underworld. The pillars of the Inferno.

These two above alleged Iraqi "gentlemen", their mothers sons, will be celebrating tomorrow...of that am sure. I wonder how many other Iraqis will join them in their celebrations.

I wonder if the 5 million orphans will celebrate the Nawroz and Mother's day too ?

And what about the half a million Iraqi kids (and that is an official figure - so ante it up - the Iraqi puppet government is not known for its honesty) - who actually live in the streets of Baghdad, in other words street kids, something unseen before the "liberation" that these two sons of bitches are about to celebrate. Will these orphans and street kids celebrate Mother's day ?

Will the millions of Iraqi women, widows, wives, sisters, mothers, aunts, grandmothers... also celebrate like the two above sons of bitches ? When each of these women has lost someone, either a father, a child, a brother, husband, lover, cousin ...

And the Iraqi mother who lost her sons and daughters, her husband, and members of her family, will these sons of bitches offer her a bouquet of flowers on Mother's day ?

And the Iraqi mother who gives birth in prison, the mother who is innocently detained and systematically raped in the jails of the new democracy, will the janitors give her a box of chocolate on Mother's day ?

Or maybe the American and Iranian mothers will come forth loaded with presents, on an official visit to Baghdad on Mother's day ?

If there is anywhere on this globe where the Mother has been mutilated as much as in Iraq ? Is there anywhere on this earth, where the Mother has been raped as much as in Iraq ? In there anywhere on this world where the Mother has been subjected to so much trauma and grief in such a short space of time, as in Iraq ? Is there anywhere on the face of this planet, where the Mother has been hunted, gunned down, abducted, tortured, disappeared as much as in Iraq ? Is there anywhere else where this happens in the name of Freedom and Democracy ? TELL ME and TELL ME NOW!

Shameless, shameful sons of bitches.

Is that what happens to the Womb that has given birth to you, all of you ? Scum of the earth that you are. Vermin. Worms. Debased, infamous, depraved, lowly pieces of shits that you are.

You want to celebrate the Nawroz, the New Year, the first day of "Liberation" ?

Come and see the exiled mothers, come and see the mothers in black...come and see the mothers who have not stopped mourning since your fucking new year of liberation. Bastards that you are. Ignoble!

God, I hate your fucking guts. I pray that the Mother, with one strike of her hand turns you into dust and with one breath blows you to the winds, to nothingness because at the end of the day you are nothing. Spineless evil creatures. And it will happen. It will happen. I trust Her.

And that will be my Nawroz, my new Year, my Eid and I will celebrate in the streets and will embrace every single mother I meet, including your own, you sons of bitches. That will be my Mother's day.

Meanwhile, remember your mothers and those who have none.

And this is my small offering to Her.

Year 7.

Exactly six years ago, in a dark delivery room, obstetricians and midwives gathered around a tattered mattress covered with torn sheets while rats and roaches scurried past, on the edges of its forgotten walls...

Exactly six years ago, her screams of agony were heard, the midwives rushed with no anesthesia, no gloves and no syringes, rushed to watch in anticipation the birth of this new infant...

It was designed, genetically modified, cloned and conceived overseas -- implanted in vitro through a brutal gang rape, implanted in her womb on a dark night, 6 years ago.

Its conception took over 13 years, and its delivery was not without violent labor contractions and pangs...not without gut wrenching pains...

No electricity that night, just the brisk light of projected missiles falling like shooting stars. The obstetricians and midwives rubbed their hands with glee and told her -- watch the fireworks greeting your newborn. A firework of phosphorus green and red bombs...

The delivery was slower than predicted...they brought in 1000's of forceps to pull it out, by force. Deliver it, deliver it -- they shouted...

She started hemorrhaging. So they stuffed her womb with newspaper articles and essays, cursed her for being so stubborn, so hard headed, so non submissive...and they brought in more forceps....

We will pull it through, we will pull it through...Shut up you are not hurting, shut up you are not bleeding, shut up this is for your own good...It will be greeted with sweets and roses...wait and see.

She screamed some more, so they stuffed her mouth with more newspaper articles, gagging her and taping her lips...sealing them with secrets, lies and ploys...

She resisted, kicking, squirming under their forceps, they handcuffed her wrists to the metal bed, wrapped chains around her ankles, and blindfolded her with bags made of desert sand...

Deliver it, deliver it -- they commanded.

What shall we call it ? We will call it Buffalo Bill Liberation. No, no, we will call it Mullah Freedom...

How about that for a name ? they asked her, as she lay paralyzed, in a semi coma, in the dark delivery room...where rats and roaches scurried along the forgotten walls splashed with fresh blood gushing from her womb... smears of a million hand palms plastered like banners on forgotten, smouldering, smokey grey walls...

It is here, it is here -- they exclaimed with joy. It is born, it has arrived...

In her half dead state, she opened her eyes and was horrified by it.

It was a monster infant. A hydra with a hundred heads, a hundred skulls, an octopus with a hundred arms, a deformed face with hundreds of eyes, bulging..its skin made of scaling scabs, its body made of slime, an invertebrate crawling, with no legs to stand, and from its mouth, instead of gurgles, it drooled a burning caustic froth...

The city was quiet, a ghostly silence...

You would hear in the distances, muffled wails...the ululations of Liberation and Freedom.

What colors should we dress it in ? Blue, Pink ? No drape it in a black gown...the gowns of Liberation and Freedom.

No one greeted it with sweets and roses, as in the tradition for any newborn...instead plates of bones and flesh circulated around...an offering to the new gods of Liberation and Freedom.

Its crib was made of ghettos, dungeons, rubbles, ruins, graves and piles of garbage....it would nap in any of them, one day here, one day there...

And for toys it was given drills, ropes, guns, canes, chains, hooks... and its playground was the cemeteries...

It was fed with bullets, blood, urine, excrement and decomposed, putrid corpses...

And it has kept crawling for 6 years already, sniffing like a rabid dog, sniffing for more...keeping scum for company and preying for more fresh blood...more fresh meat...

It was exactly six years ago and she is still lying in that delivery room which now looks like an overused, stenchy morgue...drowned in her own blood, mummified with slogans and jargon...her womb and mouth stuffed with newspaper articles and essays...with words...stuffed with a silent forgotten death, like the desolate forgotten walls of this city, where rats and roaches furtively scurry along, feeding on the monster's vomit and excrement...feeding on ashes and dust.

Information on a Merry Go Round...

I am in a "talkative" mood today, am sorry don't mean don't disturb you...
But you see, am "slightly" disturbed here. No, it's not the "time of the month", either.

I was watching "Al Itijah al-Muakess" (opposite directions) on Al-Jazeera (ARABIC - note the capitals here...for in English, you will not be viewing any of it).

The theme -- the Objectivity of the Western Media.

Ah, that darned word again, Objectivity...gives me the creeps.

Two guests : Faysal Dawjee, a South African, from the "electronic site" as they like to call it in Arabic - SALAM. And an English journalist, Hugh Mill -- not to be confused with John Stuart Mill...not that it makes such a huge difference.

(If you are not familiar with J.S.Mill, kindly joogle him)

So is the Western media biased by any chance ?

Of course, my first reaction, which am trying very hard to quell is -- HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
An uncontrollable nervous laughter...quelled for the sake of "Objectivity".

Two "hot" "sexy" topics - Iraq and Palestine, the Western media coverage of these two "hotties".

The crux of the matter, in one sentence. Is the Western media complicit in the crimes of its government - Yes or No ?

Naturally, F.Dawjee argued it is a yes and H. Mill, (not to be confused with J.S.Mill) argued the opposite...

So what do you think -- Is it or is it not ?

I, personally, don't wish to influence you, one way or the other -- seeing that you are already influenced.

But allow me to recap...

After all, there were no WMD's and no ties to the big, bad wolf called Al-Qaeda, insofar as Iraq was concerned.

Had the Western media actually bothered to verify the "alleged claims" - Gosh, you really love to use this sentence don't you - "alleged claims"

Had the Western media actually bothered to verify for ITSELF, the claims that led to the ILLEGAL OCCUPATION (and by the way - all foreign occupations are illegal, so I don't really understand why some bother writing it in capital letters), would that Occupation still have taken place ?

Don't you think that "embedded journalism" helped it, by any chance ?

Embedded journalism in the 90's and in 2003...and beyond.

Don't you think that "embedded journalism" beefed and sexed it up too ?

Mind you, the embedded media has been at it since 1948 insofar as PALESTINE is concerned...

Capital letters ? Sorry it was just a typo. An error on my keyboard. It is stuck with capital letters. It is stuck with Arab Capitals.

In the name of "objectivity and impartiality" and in order not to ruffle your sensitivities, because you are a such a sensitive people...you have been spared the harrowing pictures and details of countless horrific carnage...in ARAB capitals.

I will keep that in mind and next time I type anything, I will wear satin gloves to address you....o'so sensitive, that you are.

They keep pictures of tiny dead bodies away from your o'so sensitive eyes...now that you have tucked your own babies to sleep... we don't want to disturb them.

And don't let us spoil your lovemaking, your once a week (hardly) love making, because sights as these may "negatively affect your desire for love". And surely, with your ever dwindling populations, we don't want that to happen, do we now ?

Oh! so it is "la Crise"...

"La Crise, la Crise"...I have known "la Crise"...

Millions of corpses on a merry go round shout as they are being whirled - "la crise"

What "crise" ?

The millions of martyrs of your "crise" (crisis-- for those who do not wish to joogle)

I am a woman on the edge of a nervous crise...so bear with me. And no, it's not "the wrong time of the month" either.

Please help me stay focused...I am on a merry go round...on a carousel...

I am being assaulted by too much reality.

Ground me in programs as seen on TV. An outer "objective" reality, maybe the inner one will be subdued...will stop.

I think not.

But let us try...just like on a merry go round...

Mr Dawjee, your say :

In 2006, three university research studies conducted in England, point to the fact that over 80% of the media was complicit in the occupation of Iraq.
How come no one mentions the word illegal.

Why has it been erased from the dictionary ?

Mr Mill what do you have to respond to that ?

It is not the duty of the journalist to report what is not said...after all, we gave you pictures...Gaza.

Why did you not give us pictures of Iraq, Mr. Mill ? Did the "tyrant" censor them ?

Mr. Dawjee ?

You are accomplices in the occupation of Iraq and in the continuous occupation of Palestine because you dared not question...and it is your role to question.

Mr Mill ?

We gave pictures...the editorial policies of our news outlet do not permit the ....

Mr Dawjee ?

You helped and collaborated with your respective governments in the illegal continuous occupation of Palestine and Iraq.

So Mr.Mill, do you think the media is influenced and controlled by the Zionists ?

This is preposterous. One can also argue that Muslims in Britain influence the media...We have Muslims here too.

I stop. Someone stop this merry go round...

Notice. Notice carefully the exchange...

One says the Zionists, the other says, the Muslims...

I bet you, you did not notice it.

One can say a Muslim terrorist, a Muslim insurgent, a Muslim...but one cannot mention the word Jew. It is Zionists who control the media and Zionists who influence...

Fair enough...but since you are so fucking politically correct...why can't I call you by what you call me ?

Why can't I say the Jews that control the media and the Jews that influence and pressure...why do I have to say Zionist when you liberally mention Muslims ? Why can't I say Jew ?

You mentioned me, I mention you...no beef here.

No ? It bothers you ?

Why so ?

By the names you call, you shall be called...

The ABC of Information...

Oh but wait, this is just one moment of lucidity on a merry go round, on a carousel...

Sentences...

The power of words -- phrases, verdicts and sentences...they take you up and down, they can make you, break you and change your life for ever...

In the beginning was the Word...that first sentence uttered...a sentence made of a human breath -- sound, syllables, vowels...and words were discovered...language was born...

Syntax was formed, phrases developed, and sentences filled articles, books and libraries...

Today, there is a diarrhea of sentences...anyone can utter a sentence, anyone can formulate one, anyone can pronounce one , anyone can decide life and death...

The word has become a sword...

The sentence has become a prison, a guillotine...has become the gallows...le bourreau du 21 eme siecle...

Sentences are emitted, proclaimed and issued...ever so easily, so cheaply, so flippantly, so irresponsibly, so criminally...

In the past, the oral word, the verbal contract had meaning, had weight...today it is not longer the case...In the past, a verbal promise was akin to a written vow...

Today, sentences are meaningless. They are at the disposal of everyone...Any mediocre idiot can pronounce a sentence...any criminal can issue one...sentences have become common...they lost their power. They lost their meaning...

They have become daggers and knives to stab...they have become a charade, a masquerade for a circus...Today, sentences are meaningless...because there is no conscience behind them...

Yet, everyone has a last recourse to them...

They sentenced him to Life, they sentenced him to Death...they cry out.

Sentences...

Who is the judge and who is the guilty one ? Does it have any meaning today ?

When the judge is the guilty one and the culprit is the innocent...what do sentences mean anymore ?

Lately there has been a lot of serious flirting with sentences...

Al-Bashir, Al-Majid, Aziz....a few names that come to mind...

I am no expert..but I can already tell you that the International Court of Justice is a fucking joke...

I am not a lawyer, and I do not know much about sentencing people...but I can already tell you that kangaroo courts are a travesty of any law ethics...of any jurisprudence...

If the concept of Justice and Law have become so perverted and so corrupt, what is left us for us ordinary humans ?

Courts are our last resort...when we refuse to resort to killing. But when courts kill the innocent ones...what last resort do we have left ?

Law ? What law and what sentences ?

Lawyers should be pulling their hairs out, and submitting their resignations.

Who will sentence the real killers...can any court of law answer me ?

Who will sentence those who "beefed and sexed up" the murder of over a million innocent ones ?

Who will sentence those responsible for an unprecedented genocide in the history of "Democracies" ?

Who will sentence the real criminals ?

Who will sentence America, England, Bush, Blair, Obama, Brown and their whores ?

Who will sentence the thousands of assassins/mercenaries from the Pentagon , the CIA, the Mossad and Blackwater ?

Who will sentence the dirty gangs who murdered thousands of Iraqis for fun ?

Who will sentence Iran for funding and supporting rapists, drillers and murderers in Iraq ?

Who will sentence the rapists, the women killers, the child sodomizers, the gays slayers ?

Who will sentence the torturers, the mass ethnic cleansers ? The destroyers of History, of Civilization and of Conscience ?

Who will sentence ?

Who will sentence ?

I only have sentences...so do you.
And I admit, yours are more powerful than mine...
They can lift me up, take me down, make or break me...

But guess what ?

I don't give a fuck about your sentences...

Yes, you read me right...I don't give a fuck about your sentences.

I know deep down, very deep down, that WE will overcome...overcome your sentences, overcome your injustices, your oppression, your evilness...I just know it...

I know it. Just like I know in the beginning there was the Verb and the Noun...and their wedding gave birth to the Sentence...

I know it.

And today, I the Arab, Iraqi Woman, am sentencing You.

And since I believe poetry is the strongest sentence that survives...I leave you with a few, from an Iraqi poet, Saadi Youssef, addressing those who were innocently sentenced...sentenced to Death.

Naked
We are on our way to Allah
for shrouds we have only our blood;
for camphor, the eyeteeth of wolfish dogs.

The closed cell suddenly swung open
to let in a female soldier
our swollen eyes failed to clearly identify her
perhaps she was from an ambiguous world
she said nothing
she was dragging my brother’s bleeding body, like a worn-out mat.

Barefoot
we will walk toward Allah
with putrid feet
with lacerated limbs

Are the Americans Christians?
in our cell we have nothing for anointing the prostrate corpse
in our cell there is nothing but our blood clotting in our blood
and the odor coming from the continent of slaughterhouses
the Angels will not enter here. The air is stirring
it’s the wings of hell’s bats
The air is still.

O Lord , we waited for you
our cells were open yesterday
we were lying motionless on its floor
and you, O Lord, did not come.

But we are on our way to you
we’ll find the road to you even if you forsake us
we are your dead sons
we have trumpeted our Day of Resurrection
Tell your Prophets to open for us the doors:
the doors of cells and paradise
Tell them we are coming
we washed ourselves with dry sand
the Angels know us all … one by one...

America under Occupation.

Oh! Dearie me, how can that be ? How can that be possible that the "greatest and mightiest power on earth " has been abducted, hijacked, detained and occupied by a lobby ?

Oh, but it is...and has been for a very long time....

It is not only the Madoffs who have occupied you, you know !

Read this, o' wankers.

"The candidate for a leading US intelligence post has withdrawn his nomination after accusing the country's Israel lobby of plumbing "the depths of dishonour and indecency" to assassinate his character...The libels on me and their easily traceable email trails show conclusively that there is a powerful lobby determined to prevent any view other than its own from being aired," Freeman said. "The tactics of the Israel lobby plumb the depths of dishonour and indecency and include character assassination, selective misquotation, the wilful distortion of the record, the fabrication of falsehoods, and an utter disregard for the truth..."

rest of article HERE.

The Irony is that the name of the man in question is Charles FREEMAN. Ha!

Yalla, enjoy the rest of your Occupation, dumbos.

Finally -- Lone, Lost, Weeping, Wailing, Dead, Willows...

I am a clumsy woman...I do things backwards...I am not terribly sophisticated and am not terribly smart either...

I missed Women's international day...Instead I posted on the 8th of March, something celebrating, in my own way, the birth of the Prophet.

How clumsy can one get ? I could have devoted a whole post to Women instead...

But what is done cannot be undone as Shakespeare said...so let me tell you what the Prophet said about the Feminine...

Right before he died, he urged his companions to protect women and to treat them with kindness...

Following in the footsteps of the Divine Scriptures, he reminded his companions that Widows and Orphans were the responsibility of the Ummah...

For those of you who do not know Arabic, Ummah is a derivative of Umm and Umm means Mother. Rahman and Raheem, the two attributes of the Divine, Compassionate and Merciful are derived from the root word...Rahama or Rahm...meaning respectively -- to have Compassion/Mercy (rahama) or Womb (rahm)

Al-Rahman - Al-Raheem is the cornerstone of the Ummah. The Compassionate and the Merciful is the central symbolic stone of this Ummah. Of this Mother...

The Mother that gives birth...The Great Mother who is chosen to bear and give birth to more men and women and by correlation to Ideas, to Culture, to Civilization, to Science, to Knowledge, to Life...

It does take a Mother...a Woman in the symbolic and literal sense....

She is the repository of all Knowledge, of all Striving, of all Effort, of all Seeds that fight to survive and bud...into something else...

The Prophet also said to the effect -- do not kill your children out of fear of want, for the Great One will provide.

In the Jahaliyah, in the age of Ignorance, girls were killed, sacrificed at some altar, of some Deity...

Killing is not only physical. You can kill someone psychologically, morally, sexually, spiritually...there are as many levels of killing as there are levels of Being...You can destroy someone on so many levels...You have that power...

A power derived from armies, weapons, ideologies, and even those exact same religions that, on the surface, urge you to do it differently...

But the human kind and the human mind are capable of such perversions...

Tell me something...How much perversity are you capable of ?

How far would you allow them to tug you along ? How far deep can you drown in the obscurity ? How much can you go along pretending...How far can you stretch your own perversity...How far can your soul take it before exploding in indignation ?

Are there any limits to your perversity ? Any limits to your crimes ? Any limits to your indifference ? Any limits to your lies ? Any limits to your ignorance ? Any limits to your stupidity ? Any limits at all ?

I search for limits...I am obsessed with frontiers, borders and limits...

I see them surrounding me...

They ask me for an ID card, for a passport, they search for my name, they take my finger prints, they scan my eyes, they take pictures of my profile...they measure and weigh me...they limit me...give me a size and a number...they give me an identity...they call me by my name...

And beyond those frontiers , beyond those borders...where are the limits...? What identity will be conferred to me ? Upon me as a woman ?

Will anyone recognize me ? Will I have a name ? A number ? Am I anyone ? Where am I ? Who am I ? I envy those who are across the borders...the frontiers...at least they have a name...

I, in my own country, on my own turf, am forgotten...

My rahm, my womb gave birth to so many...where are they now ? No one recognizes me anymore...Who am I ?

I feel an itch, my body is expanding again...across frontiers...I am losing my mind...My body is stretching...my organs are stretching, am the whole earth...I have no frontiers, no borders, no limits...who is it that visits me at night ? Who is that takes me by force ramming through check points and security guards ?

Where is my security ?

Where is that voice that told me I was the womb of all Compassion ?

Where are they now ?

I see their turbans, I see their prayer mats, I see their suitcases full of dollars.... But I do not see them...

There is no them...I have been sold, bought, trafficked...Passed around like some toy, like some object, like some piece of meat...and they are sharing me with an orgiastic appetite...I can hear their laughter resonating from the glasses of whiskey...I hear them while my body dances to forget...somewhere far away, far away from me....

Finally the fantasy has come true...finally I am subdued...finally they can either pity or denigrate me... finally I am in line...finally am a beggar, finally am desperate, finally I fit into what they always secretly wanted me to be...
Finally am powerless, finally I have no frontiers, finally I have no father, no brother, no husband, no son...finally I am alone...finally am all theirs...finally am broken just like they want me to be...finally they can throw crumbs my way and feel proud...so proud.

Do you see that Arab walking down the street, ever so swiftly like some shadow ? We raped her...

Do you see that Sunni Rafidha, Nawasib hiding in the alley way ? We tortured her...

Do you see that corpse floating, dreaming of rose petals ? We murdered her..

Do you see her in Amman, Damascus, or some other capital ? We exiled her...

Do you see her filthy black, stinking of garbage and covered in dust ? We stripped her...

Do you see her ?

I dance in the nightclubs...I push my arms against the slimy walls and pretend am Ishtar, the goddess...alcohol goes to my head, I am prized...Is my ass big enough for the prize ?

I am too young, all I want is to finish my schooling. They will not renew my residency...He is 35 years older than me. He has 2 other wives. I am his slave...I am a slave for a residency permit.

I am a widow. I had a home and a family...I have no one left. I sit on the pavement, I occasionally beg...but am even too tired for that...

I am a university graduate. I gave my body to someone I do not love. He promised to deliver me from this Hell and am still waiting...

I am a rape victim, I can no longer look into any one's eyes...I am ashamed of my body...I have lost my voice. No one hears me anyways...

I am sold and trafficked. My price keeps changing...One day am with sultans, one day with soldiers and one day with militia men...someone adopt me please.

I am a regular housewife, I have no right to work and my husband beats me...I have nowhere else to go...can anyone help me ?

I am a street girl...there are half a million of us roaming the streets...I will grow up to be....be what ? I don't really know....just be....

I am an orphaned girl...

I am a female detainee on no charges...

I am a corpse with no name. I was mutilated and murdered for being a woman...

An Iraqi Woman...

I am...

I....

....

"Dialogues"

I am still hooked to that video I posted yesterday. And you need to watch it, to make sense of this post.

Apart from the "humor", and I did find it "funny" in a sad sort of way...I re-watched it several times and I believe that this piece of video provides an accurate background picture of what this Occupation amounts to.

I took the time to listen to every single word, the sentences, the reactions of the policemen...etc..

Do not get me wrong, I do not give a fig (please notice my polite tone) about the puppet Iraqi police. Rather I am using this video as some form of oral historiography of the Occupation. I shall explain myself.

This very short video reveals many aspects of the American occupation and the interplay of forces on the ground.

- the first aspect is the one established fact, and alluded to by the American officer --the vile sectarian nature of the police force and by correlation of the puppet government. It is a known fact for example, that many of the Jaysh Al-Mahdi "fighters" joined the police force, as well as the Badr Brigades of Hakeem and the militias of Jabr Solar (ex-minister of interior), of Al-Jaafari and the like...Hence the American asking them where their loyalties lied is spot on.

- the second thing which is most interesting, is that the US occupation forces are very well aware that the police is infiltrated right to the core by the most criminal and sectarian elements of Iraqi society. Yet despite this obvious affiliation, it seems that the Americans want to turn the puppet security forces into some obedient patriotic Iraqi nationals. Which clearly is not the case.
I argue that the Americans want to very much keep the sectarian nature of the security forces and this shall be explained later on...

- the third aspect is the Americans themselves, who have zero trust in the puppet Iraqi security forces and that is why one Iraqi sergeant said in Arabic and that was not translated in the video. He said : " When the worship places were attacked, the American occupation forces prevented us from entering them, and had helicopters flying above our heads and they even arrested us by stating that our ID were forged and that we were Iranians."

It is very likely that the Americans on this account are totally correct. There was and there is a high infiltration of Iranians and of Iraqis of Iranian descent who have swamped the security apparatus (whatever this means in today's Iraq) and indeed many ID's were forged to that effect, names have been changed as well places of birth...and it is also very likely that the Americans stood by and watched carnage after carnage take place and not interfere. A question of let them "kill each other till none is left ..."

- which brings me to the fourth point -- the Americans are very well aware of this double bind. Namely on the one hand the Shiite sectarian nature of the forces they unleashed with their occupation and on the other the paving of the way for Iran's subtle and not so subtle influence and control over Iraqi affairs, politics and society...

- so my fifth point is a question that I and other Iraqis keep asking ourselves.
Could it be that the Americans have been so stupid and reckless in conducting this invasion and occupation or is that a continuous deliberate plan to tear the Iraqi fabric into sects and ethnicities, so that Iraq remains some mirage, a loose country with no identity and no weight in Middle Eastern and World politics ?

All the discourse preceding Iraq's occupation point to the latter i.e a deliberate plan to tear at the fabric of Iraqi society. The discourse that has been promulgated, propagandized and marketed by the Zionist neo-cons of which Perle is one of the chief proponents. Perle in particular is interesting insofar as his ties to Israeli politics, being an ex-advisor to B.Netanyahu clearly denotes the Zionist plan behind this Occupation. It is also very saddening to include in this Zionist plan the Shiites elements of Iraqi society, in particular the then opposition in exile, comprised of Maliki, Jaafari, Chalabi, Hakeem, and the rest, who fueled this discourse with more deceptive lies -- thus leading the way to the partition of Iraq. These are the crux people whose loyalties were and are to Iran.

It then comes as no surprise that the puppet police force reflects those same loyalties. And that, despite the rhetoric to the contrary, like Maliki for instance, who lately likes to portray himself as some non-sectarian puppet leader.

The provincial elections clearly showed how all the Shiite sectarian groups belonging to Maliki, Jaafari, Sadr...infiltrated some obscure lists of names, under the banner of "independent and patriotic" candidates....

And getting back to Perle, he was interviewed on Al-Jazeera English about a year ago, the transcript is still available and I have no time to search for it. In this interview he said that "Iraq's occupation was a success because at least we (the Americans) guaranteed the "liberation" of the Iraqi Shiites and the Kurds..."

On side but very much related note, the same discourse (the arch-zionist Perle's) was and is stil held by a good majority of "liberals, leftists, communists, anti-imperialists..." including "Arab" ones, all headed by their spiritual closet zionist guru, N.Chomsky.

- this naturally takes us to point six, and back to the video where this American tries to portray himself as the Savior of Iraq, stressing on loyalty to the country instead of sect yet at the same time threatens to unleash other forces should the occupied not submit to his orders. Like for instance when he said "If the Sunnis come and murder you, don't count on me to save you...." The Americans will continue playing this card, to justify their presence. The sectarian Shiites and the Kurds and their Iranian masters will continue playing that same card to keep Iran in the Iraqi game...and you will witness this for many years to come...

- apart from this short video based window/insight into how the occupation has used all the sectarian and chauvinistic elements at its disposal by encouraging them and propping them up, to guarantee a continued presence out of "security" necessity, it is also worth mentioning, the clearly condescending, patronizing, racist, sexist, insulting, slanderous tone of the Occupier. The "dialogue" in the video is not some "motivational training" as the title suggests. This is the daily "dialogue", the daily language of the Occupier in Iraq with ALL Iraqis, regardless of who and what their affiliations, are...A dialogue ingrained in a racist colonial violence reflecting itself daily in words and actions.

- last but not least, this video is also quite telling because it clearly shows the utter stupidity of the Occupier. Like when this American said : "I don't see you in my hometown ..." Well of course idiot, you would not see any of them in your hometown, you are colonizing Iraq and not the other way round.

And finally, I have to re-convey my congratulations to the Iraqis who still have hope in their Occupier and in their narrow, chauvinistic, racist sects and ethnicities -- such a people indeed deserve such "dialogues".

Fuck IT !

I found this fucking video about a fucking GI training the fucking Iraqi police.

The fucking translation is fucking incomplete...The fucking Iraqi sergeant fucking claims that some Iraqis are being fucking arrested because the fucking Americans believe them (Iraqis) are fucking Iranians...

So fucking Iranians are in Iraq are they ? No shit ! Who brought them there, yabba, apart from the fucking Americans themselves ?

And fucking notice how the Yankee prick is interrogating them (the eyeraki police) and asking them if they belong to the fucking Jaysh Al-Mahdi, the fucking sectarian drillers...but the whole of Iraq is ruled by fucking sectarian drillers...on the lookout for more flesh to fucking pierce and drill...

But please do watch the fucking video, as it is very fucking revelatory about the kind of fucking occupation Iraqis live under. I mean, if this fucking Yankee sergeant is treating the fucking Iraqi police that way, can you imagine how he fucking treats the Iraqi civilians ?

But hey, that is fucking liberation, ain't it so ? A fucking liberation that fucks everyone around...including the fucked, fucking puppet police....

Do excuse my fucking language as it is not very fucking ladylike and after all am nothing but a fucking pussy of a woman...

But please allow me to convey my warm and heartfelt fucking congratulations to all Iraqis on their new fucking "Freedom." This is the least I can fucking do.

You think this is fucking funny ? Well think again, fuckers...coz it ain't over yet...

It ain't fucking over, till it's fucking Over.

From Behind Black Shadows...

Hamed called me yesterday, I heard some excitement in his voice...

- Layla did you hear the news ?

- What news Hamed, I do nothing but hear the news...

- Obama's speech ya Layla...Obama's speech.

- What about Obooma's speech ?

- I saw it and heard on Al-Sharqiya TV, it was later announced on another chain. He textually said " The current Iraqi government are all Bush's men " -- implying not his men.

- Yeah so ? It is not like he just invented dynamite...we know that already...

- Wait, hear the rest...in less than 24 hours later, Talabani flew to Tehran and paid an official visit to Ahamdinejad to discuss urgent "security issues", A.Mehdi cut his overseas trip short and flew to Tehran as well, including a few others from the puppet government...

And true enough, Hamed's story was true. I later saw not only Talabani walking the red Persian carpet, more rolling on the red Persian carpet, but guess who came and spent the night in Baghdad ? 24 hours later ? Yalla guess ...

Ayatollah Rafsandjani was in Baghdad yesterday to discuss "security issues".

He was greeted with warm embraces and kisses...it was all very touching...

The news report concluded that this second visit from a highly placed Iranian official - the first visit was by Ahmadinejad in the U.S occupied Green Zone of Baghdad about a year ago - just in case you forgot again...
So this second visit, according to one news commentator is "A NATURAL EXTENSION OF THE ALREADY EXISTING TIES BETWEEN IRAN AND (American occupied) IRAQ."
A natural extension since very close bilateral ties of military, economic and political nature already exist...and since there is a TOTAL absence of any ARAB role in Iraq. Moreover the new Iraqi constitution erased the word Iraq as an ARAB nation. The word ARAB was erased. The new constitution still not finalized calls Iraq an ISLAMIC country.

Rafsandjani in American occupied Baghdad. The Americans guaranteed his security...no doubt....The TV even showed some American brave dickhead placing some barbed wires to cordon off the area where the black turbaned crow will be passing through...

So what is your reading of that ? Oh smart political anal-ysts, editors in chief of toilet newspapers, left wingers of my butt, Arab anti-imperialistic farts, how do your excellencies read the above ?

Clueless as usual ? Yes of course. Stupid and ignorant as ever ? Indeed. Sold out parrots ? Oh definitely !

I am going to be generous again, as usual, and tell you how to read the above...

Obooma spoke of several things in his latest speeches regarding the Middle East and Afghanistan and Ze war on terrrrrrrrror...

It is clear that the Obooma administration has the following agenda in mind :

1) contribute to the reconstruction of Gaza with the aim of

2) a comprehensive peace deal between ALL the Palestinians factions and Israel

3) include Syria in all its peace deals as a major player

4) "a full comprehensive peace deal within all of the Middle East" (that includes Iran and Israel by the way - check your geography map)

3) eliminate all forms of resistance in occupied Afghanistan.

in order to achieve the above the Obooma admin needs to :

1) pacify Iran and establish cordial diplomatic official relationships with it
since,

2) the U.S will be pulling out the majority of its COMBAT troops out by 2010 leaving 50'000 COMBAT troops behind - it is in fact telling the second major player in Iraq -Iran - that the field is clear for it to embed even further into the ARAB Iraqi fabric...

3) Obooma's allusion to Bush's men in Iraq means the following : There is going to be a comprehensive peace deal with Israel involving Syria AND Iraq. If you are no willing players, you will be replaced. This is what it means. Very simple.

4) Since Iran is sorely needed in both Iraq and Afghanistan, there will be an exchange of promises between the US and Iran. You help us stabilize Iraq into a U.S colony which you will administer and you help us in Afghanistan on condition that you also push your proxy players - the Iraqi puppets, Syria, Hamas, Hezbollah into an acquiescence of a peace deal with Israel.

And that explains why Talabani and the rest of the puppet players were in Iran and that explains why Rafsandjani came in an "eclair visite" to U.S occupied Baghdad...to discuss "security issues". The field is being cleared for Iran and will be more so in 2010 when the majority of the US combat troops will be pulled out.

On a different but related note, I must also add that the Kurdish players are being fully backed by both Iran and the U.S in the North of Iraq where a "silent" war is going on and the ethnic racial cleansing is taking place against Arabs in the Nineveh province and Turkmens and Arabs in Kirkuk. The Kurds desperately need to have Mosul and Kirkuk finally under total control of the regional Kurdish authority - as these two areas are considered part of Greater Kurdistan . Greater Kurdistan is a smaller replica of Greater Israel. Just a reminder to the left wing fascists who cried for the "poor kurds."

And that also explains why the UNHCR stated last week during a press conference in "Kurdistan" that:

- Iraqis still remains the BIGGEST refugee problem till this day.

- Only 7% of the refugees are returning.

- The UNHCR is NOT encouraging the return of the refugees since they "are not sure of the security situation in Iraq yet and since there are other issues that still need to be dealt with - namely refugees who are still threatened with death and those who have lost their homes to the militias...

- The UNHCR discourages the return of Iraqis in particular to the following areas -
the center i.e Baghdad and its surroundings and the South. (this is where Shiite sectarianism Iranian style is most felt)

- The UNHCR is still pleading with host countries to "be a little more patient" with the Iraqi refugees whose numbers in Jordan and Syria alone is around 3 Million and another 1.5 internally displaced who still cannot return to their homes...if they have one left that is.

Iraq has been raped and destroyed by the Americans, occupied and massacred by the Iranians and sold to both by the Iraqis at the cheapest price - the Iranian Mahdi obliges...

Their black shadows follow me everywhere...the black shadows of dirty politics, of dirty religiousness and dirty ideologies... the black of dirt, of grime, of treachery, of hypocrisy, of opportunism...the black of the right, the black of the left, the black that has become Iraq. One huge black shadow.
